At the heart of Parable Financial is Dean Peddle, a local Bay of Plenty boy with a passion for helping people.

Dean is a faith based advisor and always puts his clients interests first. He has been in the insurance business since 2008 and specialises in personal and business insurance. He has a B Comm (Canterbury), National Certificate in Financial Services Level 5 and is a long-time member of Financial Advice New Zealand (formerly the Professional Advisers Association). Locally he enjoys networking with successful local business people and helping clients survive life’s storms.

Dean is a busy family man with 2 boys Liam (19) and Noah (16). They can be found most weekends fishing, camping with friends, attending Equippers – a progressive local church or just laying under his favourite Pohutukawa tree.

His previous experience includes 8 years as Sales and Training Manager for accounting software developer Accomplish CashManager, where he conducted software training for business people and accounting firms throughout New Zealand and Australia.

Melissa Orchard

Melissa virtually runs the office side of the business. If you have any administration questions, need something updated or help with a claim she is the right person to talk with.

Alongside of her administration role with us she is a qualified Massage Therapist and busy mum. Melissa is passionate about people’s wellbeing and helping them lead a well- balanced lifestyle. She also loves to travel and always likes to have some adventure to look forward, wheather it be overseas or in beautiful NZ.

Cherie Ladkin
